On some articles you are extolling the virtues of healthy eating after exercise, steering people away from bad high-cal food; and here you are advocating starvation. I have been fat, and I see in anorexics the same self-loathing and hate that made me binge (and not throw it up though). Anorexia is just as ugly as obesity, emotionally and physically. But you cannot see that because there are no obese models on the catwalks, there are no obese star-actresses; they are all so slim they need to have breast implants, and drop dead on their catwalks. People are supposed to have a few rolls when they sit, but when a celebrity who weighs 120 shows a little cellulite, shes called fat.
